The 411 on The Huntington Music Group

The Huntington Music Group was started up by Skylar Haws in the year two-thousand and seven and started out as a company called Alffi Entertainment. The dream came alive one glorious Satuday afternoon in February as he headed out to go DJ a friends wedding. The next thing he knew he was hooked.

The idea of helping people throw a party was fun and right up his alley! He realized that he liked to do this and it beat his regular job so he started acquiring more equipment and more contacts. Through his friends, acquaintances, and his own efforts Skylar has taken his equipment all over the state of Utah for various events like: weddings, House Parties, Receptions, and Dances. He has had the chance to DJ or do Live Sound at a number of places but here are a few:

• All over the University of Utah
• The Gatway Mall
• Hill Airforce Base
• BYU’s Aspen Grove
• The American Fork Amphatheatre
• Mountain View Bruin Bowl (Outdoor Concert and Movie)
• Churches all over Utah
• House Parties from Ogden to American Fork and in between
• Corporate Events
• And many more

Skylar works for Poll Sound out of Salt Lake and has an in depth knowledge of the inner and outer workings of all his equipment. He has received a BS degree from Utah Valley University in Digital Media and will know more about sound then the normal run of the mill DJ. (That is just one of the perks of choosing him over some of the other DJ’s out there)
